Are you looking for a fitness challenge or want to take your fitness to the next step? Quick Fit Bootcamp is a weekend of fitness and health that fights through the plateaus with high energy and motivation. Individual attention will be given to help set personal goals.

For when your Booty isn't quite ready for Bootcamp!
Great one day getaway for friends. The day focuses on health and fitness. Learn new fun and challenging exercises to build to your weekly workouts while bonding with your friends (old or new).
One Day (Saturday) 9-6pm

20 minute goal setting session for each participant.
$75 per person or $120 for two.
