Frozen Buckeye Pie

1/3 cup Natural Peanut Butter

1 cup Skim Milk

1 pkg. chocolate pudding

1 cup fat free coolwhip

   Mix peanut butter and milk until blended. Add pudding until thick. Add cool whip until blended. Place mixture in graham cracker crust and freeze. * You can also freeze mixture in serving size containers for a guilt free frozen treat. * Weight Watcher Recipe.

 

 

"Tone It Up" Protein Power Balls

1 cup natural peanut butter                3 scoops vanilla soy protein powder

1 cup honey                                       

1 cup oatmeal

* any of the following: Dried cranberries, raisins, flaxseed, sunflower seeds, cashews, almonds, wheat germ, chocolate chips, peanuts, dried apricots. Roll into balls and cover in nut of choice to serve.
