"Biggest Loser" JenCamp $75 pp
Small Group exercise and education. Jen will tailor program to participants wants/needs.
Sample: 9 week JenCamp includes:
* Weekly weigh ins, journaling, fitness class, healthy recipe, Measurements pre and post, home circuit and weight training regimen.
* Biggest Loser receives money back and the weekly pay in amount (participants pay $1 per pound gain each weigh in).
* Group must supply their own weights and location of class. Group size minimum of 6
** $10 extra charge for personal training appointments more than 20 miles from trainers home.
